Day 3: It’s time to involve family. When you cook dinner tonight, try to not buy any new groceries, just make a “refrigerator surprise” using only what is already there.

 

Day 4: Don’t throw away any food in your home that is eatable during one day. If there is leftovers, make sure you do a food package for the next day, reuse or put in the freezer to be used another day.
